Job Responsibilities
  • The detailed roles and responsibilities will entail, but not limited, to the followings:
  • Treasury (Banking Functions) Management: Ensuring the maintenance of corporate liquidity and financial stability by monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and liquidity management. Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and debt facilities management including interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Cost Management: Developing and maintaining the cost accounting system and analyzing and recommending costs and cost savings. and conducting internal cost audits.
  • Internal Control & Reporting: Supervising the maintenance of internal controls designed to safeguard corporate assets and the integrity of its fiscal systems by analyzing various scenarios and risks and reporting to the top management.
  • Establishing control and ensuring analysis of variance and actions taken as per budget
  • Manage & oversee the daily operations of Accounts & Finance Department.
  • Ensure of annual business plan (ABP) is submitted on time & bridge analysis for budget variances
  • Assist to internal & external auditors and implementation of their recommendations
  • Create budget and forecast future business conditions using multiple scenarios
  • Drafting and checking various agreements, notes and other inter-official/third party correspondences.
  • Reporting to the management or superiors on significant financial events.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance / Accounting, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance / Accounting, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

  • 8 to 10 year(s)
