  • Under the direction of the Executive Director, Process and Quality Assurance, coordinate and execute the annual audit plan and all related audit activities
  • Initiate and conduct a variety of specialized duties involved in the review, analysis and audit coordination of systems and processes to determine financial and operational efficiency, effectiveness, performance and compliance with audit controls


  • Minimum Required
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
    • Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in any of the following areas: internal or external IT audit, risk assessment, compliance or similar role with experience in responding to ITGC, SOX, SOC, PCI DSS, ISO and other audit requirements
    • Solid understanding of corporate governance, risk, controls, and regulatory issues that could affect the organization
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
    • The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Other skills & knowledge:
    • Prior experience in IT with general technical understanding of servers, databases, routers, firewalls, networks, etc.
    • Experience developing Policies and Procedures to support end–to–end processes
    • Project Management Certification Preferred
    • CISA, CISM, CRISC, PMP, ISA or other relevant independent certification preferred
    • Excellent verbal, presentation and written skills
    • Excellent data analytical skills
    • Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
    • Excellent business writing skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Capacity to be flexible in daily work to assist customers
    • Ability to develop and implement end–to–end business processes for better efficiency and effectiveness
