- Preparation, consolidation and submission of reports to management, parents and regulators in coordination with all units to gather information required;
- Coordinate with all units in the preparation of plans; Preparation and consolidation of plan numbers; Monitoring of actual against plans;
- Correct and on time filing and payment of taxes due from the Company;
KEY RESULTS AREAS :
TECHNICAL AND JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :
- Preparation, consolidation and submission of reports to management, parents and regulators in coordination with all units to gather information required;
- Coordinate with all units in the preparation of plans; Preparation and consolidation of plan numbers; Monitoring of actual against plans;
- Correct and on time filing and payment of taxes due from the Company;
KEY RESULTS AREAS :
- Ensure proper booking and recording of transactions; Ensure accounting of transactions is aligned with the Group policy;
- Timely and accurate reports to management, regulators, regional office and bank owner. Ensure compliance to parent and regulatory reporting requirements;
- Consolidated plan numbers; Complete and on time submission of requirements for the yearly Planning Dialogue;
- Compliance to all tax regulations applicable to the Company.
TECHNICAL AND JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Insurance Accounting
- Updated knowledge of the new accounting standards is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP accounting systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- At least 3-5 years experience handling taxes
