The position includes the following responsibilities

 

  • Preparing financial models and draft deliverable documents (business plans, information memorandum, etc)
  • Analysis of projects / financial and economic activities of enterprises research and analysis
  • Preparing presentations and pitch materials
  • Preparing draft contracts and other project-related documents

What we are looking for

 

 

  • Higher education, desirably in finance/economics
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a BIG4 or Valuation consulting firm, Private Equity/Internal Corporate Finance Department
  • Knowledge of DCF and different approaches to valuation
  • Knowledge of financial accounting
  • Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • CFA or ACCA certification is a plus
  • Fluent English and Russian
