- Organization for the Poor Community Advancement "OPCA" is a local voluntary, non-profitable, non-political and development organization in Bangladesh. It started journey from Mirsarai Upazila under Chittagong district in 1992. Now OPCA is working in Chittagong region i.e. Chittagong, Cox`s Bazar, Noakhali, Laxmipur, Chandpur, Brahmanbari district and CHT.
- The Internal Audit is responsible for ensuring Organization for the Poor Community Advancement "OPCA" matters related to risk management, internal controls systems, and their impact on the overall grant management. He will provide oversight of all finance, accounting, and administrative reporting activities, and will ensure that Organization for the Poor Community Advancement "OPCA" has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation.
- Job Location : Chittagong (Mirshari)
- Workplace ; Work at office (frequently field visit for auditing)
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and assess areas of significant financial risk.
- Implement best audit and financial practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
- Manage resources and audit assignments.
- Identify and reduce all projects/programs and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
- Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.
- Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
- Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management.
- Overall supervision of planned annual audits.

- BBA & MBA Major in Accounting from renowned University.
- CA -CC completed a renowned firm.
- Must have previous experience in handling Gbanker software.
- Experience of supervising field staff required.

- 2-3 years of experience at a mid-level in NGO or non-profit organization.
- Two years of Fraud Auditing experience.
- Exceptional accounting skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
