This vital role is key to the development and performance of our agreed internal audit plan across the Nomad Foods businesses in Europe.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the audit planning process
- Responsible for conducting and/or leading certain audits assuring that business systems, policies, processes and procedures are being properly implemented and take appropriate action or escalation where it is found that compliance is being breached.Participate in other audits as member of wider Team
- Preparing and issuing audit reports on a timely basis
- Monitoring and reporting on management's implementation of audit recommendations
- Build and develop long lasting relationships with Stakeholders across the business
- Perform SOX management testing
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as and when required
- Delivery audits included in the annual internal audit plan to a high standard
- Delivery of SOX management testing to a high standard
- Delivery of other project work to a similarly high standard
Qualifications

- Have an ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts
- Pays attention to detail and sees things through to completion
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver reports orally and written in an objective and persuasive manner
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills and acts in an independent and professional manner with the ability to influence others
- Is able to prioritise conflicting demands
- Be ambitious and capable of developing further within the department and ultimately the organisation
- Not established or set in their ways but flexible to develop and learn
- Be a self-starter who manages their own time and seeks to add value to their function
- Have an enquiring and questioning approach to audit work
- Performed IT Internal / External audits at SEC listed Companies
- IT controls experience to include Process controls, ITGC controls, SOD controls, controls, interface control and IPE controls
- In-depth understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Project Audit experience
- 3 years + IT Audit experience
- Graduate
Desirable
- Group includes Spain, France, Italy, Germany - knowledge of language(s) an advantage
- Experience of performing / supporting financial audits
- Experience of simplifying, standardising and/or automating key process / controls
- Experience of the following would be an advantage
- Using Data Analytics
- Having performed Cyber Security audits
- CISA / CISM
