Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain inventory records (costing of products manufactured- LCP)
- Track and maintain inventory records (costing of products manufactured- HID)
- Track and maintain inventory records (goods and raw material receipt,etc)
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions(import goods and raw material receipt,etc)
- Prepare journal entries and complete general ledger operations (import goods and raw material receipt,etc) -specificity ERP - Scala.
- Recording stock journal entries-specificity ERP - Scala.
- Asist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Assist external auditors and other legal authorities in explaining current accounting stuff of the company.
- Assistance in the month-end closing process and assist with year-end closings.
Other Job Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues

Special projects by request from Chief accountant. Additional ad-hoc reporting will be required. Other miscellaneous duties (as statistical reports and tax reports) will be assigned.
Experience working with other computer programs as Word, Excel, Scala, 1C. The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is necessary.
English skills be a requirement for the position.
