Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client, a specialist engineering services supplier to the multinational manufacturing sector are now expanding & are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team in Limerick city on a permanent basis
The Job:
The successful candidate will focus on managing AP invoicing, resolving & investigating AP queries, compiling weekly/monthly payment runs, compliance reporting & assisting in both internal & external audit processes.
You will also support colleagues, contract staff & customers across multiple sites as their finance partner & assist on projects when needed.

Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- 3rd level qualification in business studies or a related discipline. Further Accounting/professional qualification (eg Accounting Technician) would be an advantage.
- 3+ years industry experience gained in a high volume AP processing environment is essential.
- Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues across all areas on business.
