Key Responsibilities:
- Month-end reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, prepayments
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations (preparation, analysis, correction of discrepancies)
- Reconciliation of manual stock-takes, including investigation and correction of discrepancies
- Preparation of cash flow forecasts
- Maintain the fixed asset register, reconcile with general ledger
- Monthly asset depreciation
- BAS statement preparation, reconciliation and lodgement for two entities
- Banking
- Manage/maintain SAP finance system
Key Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience in accounts
- Public practice experience advantageous
- Studying towards CA/CPA
