A leading diversified ASX listed business is currently hiring a Finance Manager due to sustained growth in their business. Reporting to the Group CFO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing a small team across the end-to-end financial management of 4 entities. The Finance Manager will also partner with business directors to drive improved business performance.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong Finance Manager experience within a professional or financial services (wealth) environment.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong Finance Manager experience within a professional or financial services (wealth) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Control and Reporting -preparation of statutory accounts, month-end reporting, audit and compliance
- FP&A -preparation of budgets and forecasts (TM1), ad-hoc reporting for MDs, financial modelling, detailed financial analysis and commentary
- Provide commercial support to the CEO, CFO, and Business directors
- Lead and develop a small finance team
- Process improvement and automation -lead and implement significant process improvements across the finance function
Key Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role covering financial reporting and FP&A
- Experience leading a Finance team is preferred
- TM1 experience beneficial
- Professional or Financial Services (Wealth) experience is essential
