Description
As a VAT Senior your role will be to assist VAT partners, directors and staff within other departments to provide a wide range of high-quality VAT advice to clients.
Your role will include assisting with due diligence, VAT health checks, and liaising with HMRC in relation to VAT enquiries, inspections and disputes.
You will also become the main point of contact for responding to internal VAT compliance questions from other departments and be instrumental in identifying those that require further review from a partner or director.
You will develop relationships internally and with external referrers along with new and existing clients.
Profile
The successful individual must have practice experience and be ATT/ACA/CTA qualified. They should have previous experience providing technical advice in a similar VAT role. They must have a thorough understanding of and a track record of providing assistance on VAT compliance.
