Overview

Brno Finance Shared Services Centre provides support to EMEA and NALA regions. The main responsibility of Accounts Payable Team is to process the invoices into the system – matching them with purchase orders.

AP Specialist takes care of internal and external queries and support on issues resolution in order to ensure the payment of the invoices on time. The role is junior and flawless fit for fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Meet internal targets and KPIs
• Resolving processing issues accurately and any queries related invoice issues and payments
• Serve as a fist point contact for our Key Vendors
• Recommend process improvements
• Support on month end close activities and ensure all processes are compliant to legal and company requirements

Qualifications

• Min. economic high school degree, ideally at university degree
• Experience in Finance department (AP, AR, VMDM) in Shared Service environment is a big advantage
• English at the least B2 (both written and spoken)
• Ability to prioritize efficient and be able to work under pressure and balance multiple requests simultaneously, meeting the targets
• Microsoft office intermediate as a minimum (Excel, Outlook)
