Page Personnel are working with a Professional Services business based in Northwich, recruiting a Credit Control administrator to join their team.

This role would be suitable for someone with existing credit experience; or someone with knowledge of working in a high volume telephone based role such as a customer services assistant.

Client Details

A well established business, with further exciting growth plans, are recruiting a Credit Control Administrator to join their team.


As a Credit Controller, you will report into the Credit Manager, responsible for assisting with the management of debt.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: monitor all outstanding invoices; chase payments; manage various internal and external relationships; manage unallocated cash; answer incoming telephone calls; process card payments; responding to and resolving queries.


The successful candidate will:

- Have knowledge of working in a fast paced telephone based role - Essential

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential

- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential

- Have excellent attention to detail - Essential
