Where You'll Work

This role is a remote opportunity within the US, supporting our 5 beverage sites that are located across the US. 30% travel will be necessary in order to support the beverage manufacturing sites. 

What You'll Do

As the Operations Performance Manager you’ll partner with the senior management team, primarily the VP of Operations for the Business Technology to grow the overall business profitability for the beverage business. You’ll partner on strategy, policy, controls and risk management, ensuring the integrity of the overall financial reporting and processes is also a critical element of the role.

On a high level, you'll:

  • Drive performance management in partnership with the end to end supply chain functions and in particular the Director of Operations.
  • Ensure that forecasting (costs, savings, etc.) is accurate and accurately reflects market dynamics. This will incorporate cost and saving forecasting and will span across multiple departments.
  • Provide leadership and collaborates with executive management on Business Technology operational costs finance strategy setting e.g. profit improvement and cost reduction initiatives and risk management & mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct monthly reviews with senior management and operating partners; identify trends, explain variances, track risks and opportunities, highlight issues and address problems to drive proactive financial management within the Business Technology operational costs.
  • Drive a continuous improvement mind-set across all Business Technology operational costs function processes to realize efficiencies.

    • What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 10+ years of experience as a qualified accountant. Previous experience as an operations controller is helpful
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is an advantage and previous multi-site responsibility is preferred
  • Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP (or similar ERP system)
