Your mission
As an Investment Writer (m/f), you will:
- Structure and write comprehensive and impactful reports, proposals and articles in English on given research topics based on the collected and analysed data and making business-oriented recommendations to the sponsoring client;
- Select the appropriate structuring and writing techniques for the research reports to provide insights to the underlying business issues;
- Interview industry experts and key opinion leaders within the industry for specific research projects;
- Review and scrutinising collected and analysed data as to appropriateness for writing the specific research reports;
- Work closely with the research team to ensure the assembling and high quality of reports;
- Prepare presentations for internal and external use;
- Read, review and disseminate any significant articles, published research and data;
- Understand the business and regulatory environment of the asset management and banking industry;
- Maintain contacts with key information sources (internal and external) to facilitate effective communication and understanding of information.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent;
- You have two years of experience as an investment writer or a financial journalist;
- You have advanced interviewing skills;
- You have excellent Word and PowerPoint skills;
- You have experience of and interest in the financial services sector;
- You are a near-native English speaker with outstanding writing skills;
- You have strong project management skills;
- You have the ability to quickly understand a problem, to identify possible solutions and key success factors as well as the ability to interpret and assess the impact of the results of an analysis;
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment.
