EU Back-Office Treasury Analyst

Job Description:
The EU Back-Office Treasury Analyst is an integral part of the Treasury Organization and provides support to Europe and other regions. He/She works closely with the External Shared Services supporting the Region to
 ensure financial processes are executed consistent with OC rules and best practices, in a continuous development approach to deliver quality, cost efficiency and appropriate controls.

The position reports to the EU Treasury manager
Band: 6B
Preferred location: Vilnius office

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of all payroll and vendor payments
• Preparation of manual payments in different e-banking systems with respect of cut-off times
• Follow-up on signatures according to power of attorneys
• Posting and clearing in SAP
• Reconciliation of the bank accounts (external and internal)
• Validation and follow-up of FX-MM deals (external and internal)
• Follow up on rejected payments
• Apply all policies and procedures that are in place to reflect the “tone on the top” related to ethics, compliance with applicable laws and financial controls

Minimum Experience required:

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Economics
• Fluent in English, ability to read/understand Russian. Another European language is an asset.
• With minimum 1-year experience in Treasury function in International environment manufacturing operations
• Knowledge or experience in SAP is preferred
