Your role & profile
You understand business needs and propose adequate solutions
You are able to manage workshops with key users / IT
You capture users requirements (Information architecture, workflows, ...), analyse, create documentation, mockups, gap analysis
You provide recommendations of improvements
You document improvements, measure
You manage initiatives for optimisations of processes and procedures
You manage the testing and validation of development/User Stories
End-user support and trainings
You are a minimum of a "power user" with SharePoint Online, and sometimes even being a light-weight administrator or developer
You are able to demonstrate SharePoint Online (modern architecture) and more generally Microsoft365 (Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Stream, security & compliance rules, etc) and Power Platform (Power automates, PowerApps) capabilities.
You understand the constraints of SharePoint Online, and you are aware of the latest Versions/Products/Features
You work with stakeholders and end users through the full life cycle of a SharePoint Online project from beginning to the final implementation
You are the liaison between the administrators, developers, managers, end users, and others.
Both French and English knowledge are mandatory
You have good communications skills
You are a team player and able to work collaboratively
You have exceptional listening & communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
