Your Role

You will be in a key leadership role which is responsible for the management and delivery of Employee and Payroll Services. The role is specifically focused on being a key driver of change when it comes to employee information system policies and procedures in consultation with the Executive Team. You will have opportunity to develop and implement solutions to enable organisational development in line with the objectives of the broader organizational vision.

In essence, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekly and fortnightly distribution of multi-state payroll, including allowances and deductions, garnishees and staff benefits, and taxes to all group employees.

Importantly, you will be responsible for all employee personnel files across the organization and personally process fortnightly payroll for Senior and Executive staff.

You will utilize your working knowledge to develop and manage legislative changes, as well as implement best practice people and payroll management strategies and frameworks.

Your dynamic nature will be able to plan and direct the design, selection and implementation of HRIS/payroll computer system solutions, ensuring accuracy of employee data for employee maintenance and reporting, as well as ongoing compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. This will include identifying areas which would benefit from advances in technology.

You are a clear communicator and able to establish a number of key relationships throughout the organization and be the point of contact for any employee services or payroll related queries.
