The Role
This is a long term opportunity which commences initially as an 8 month contract with a view to then becoming permanent.
Some typical duties will involve:
Interviews likely to take place from mid-November and the successful candidate will commence quickly thereafter to ensure full training and induction is completed before the end of the month.

Your Profile
You will have a background in both accounts payable with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- Processing invoices and preparing payments
- Matching of PO numbers
- Working with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues
- Processing some international payments
- Account and bank reconciliations
- General ledger account reconciliations

Your Profile
You will have a background in both accounts payable with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Experience working with a mid-large organisation that has experienced change
- Exposure to ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of deits and credits
- Exposure to complex accounts payable processing
- Fantastic energy and communication skills
- Comfortable working in Melbourne CBD once restrictions are eased
