Jobs Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly financial reporting & analysis, budgets tracking & utilization, annual budgeting, forecasting, financial policies.

  • Involve in monthly financial closing and analysis including reviewing and reclassification of Internal Order of journal entries

  • Update / maintain monthly budget utilisation template (including IT budget) and addressing queries from departments to ensure effective tracking and managing of their budgets

  • Prepare and maintain fixed assets schedule including tracking of approved budget for furniture, fittings and equipment

  • Prepare and liaise with Finance Shared Services and Business Owners on claims submission to MOH and funding agencies including tracking disbursement ad reimbursement from MOH and funding agencies

  • Update and maintain finance policies, workflows and working instructions

  • Assist in Financial Assessment of shortlisted vendors

  • Involve in annual budget and regular forecasting process

  • Participate in system enhancements / implementations to align with new statutory or operational requirements

  • Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned

Job Requirements

  • Min. Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in FP&A and Audit

  • Prior experience in healthcare / government sector preferred
