Headquartered in Singapore with operations in Asia, this is an exciting opportunity to join a Fintech business with tremendous growth potential. Due to business expansion, we are actively recruiting for a Treasury Manager
The Role
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for the group treasury activities, compliance, risk management as well as liquidity and performance optimization. The key responsibilities include maintaining and developing the Treasury Dashboard, ensuring that the company float is properly managed and optimized to support operations and minimize risk and cost. Continuously update the Group's cash flow forecast segregating all flows by currency type. Communicate funding and liquidity risks on a timely basis. Analyze all fiat and crypto positions to identify and manage unhedged positions on a timely basis. Carefully monitor all rates relevant to the business including f/x rates, crypto buy/sell rates, interest rates and competitor rate.
Execute manual fiat deposits and withdrawals as required. Work closely with banks and crypto liquidity providers to develop effective working relationships. Work closely with the Accounting team on relevant matters including accounting for f/x gains & losses, derivative instruments, and the account reconciliation process.
Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a Degree in Accountancy/Business/Commerce with minimum 5 years of relevant Treasury experience. It is essential to have practical experience in f/x operations, hedging and analysis. It will be necessary to be proficient with MS Office and Google suite of products. We are looking for an analytical and meticulous team player with excellent communication skills.
