The Company
Robert Half are working with an ASX listed client, in the manufacturing sector, to source an energetic and highly skilled payroll officer for an ongoing temporary contract whilst the company goes through internal changes and growth. Due to the rate of growth, this role could become long term or even permanent for the right candidate!
Due to the start date of this role being ASAP, you will be immediately available to start work.

The Role
- Accurately processing of weekly and monthly payroll as per awards and contracts for 700+ employees
- Process new employee contracts and terminations as required
- Ad hoc reconciliation of credit cards
- Answer and assist with any pay-related queries and provide accurate information
- Using Excel for reporting, both internal and external
- Update and maintain payroll records
Your Profile
- 2-3 years in a medium to high volume processing environment using SAP (similar system usage such as MYOB, XERO, Chris21 etc. will also be considered)
- A detailed understanding of end to end payroll procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Self-motivated, hard-working and a real team player!
