Property Accountant

What's the role?

We have a fantastic opportunity available within our Property & Asset Management team for a switched on and driven Property Accountant. You will be a key member of the Finance team with the ability to provide efficient, orderly and reliable knowledge of property accounting principles and contribute to the efficient handling of all property finance and overseeing the lease administration. Furthermore, you'll be working with your peers to provide strategic analysis, advice and recommendations to your managers/clients that influence the outcomes for the properties.

• Capital Expenditure

Sound like you? Here's what we are looking for;

• Tertiary education in Business, Commerce or Finance
• Degree qualified and working towards your CPA/CA desirable
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in financial accounting
• Property accounting skills
• Financial reporting skills and proven delivery record
• High degree of computer literacy
• Motivated character and ability to operate as a proactive member of a team

This role will have a total salary package of between $65k to $75k inclusive of Super.
