About the area you'll be working in...

The Finance Analyst role has been newly created - a key role in Bupa's Brighton finance team, taking ownership for broker commission transactions. You will be joining a high calibre and experienced team where you will benefit from support, training and development - a great first step into finance career at Bupa!

What you'll be doing...
  • Responsible for broker commission transactions
  • Manually checking integrity of commission payment runs
  • Dealing with broker queries
  • Reconciliation of commission portfolios
  • Reporting of spend and payments (commission to Bupa brokers)
  • Support wider financial teams (ad hoc)


Who we're looking for?
  • Ideally part-qualified accountant (e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Highly numerate and analytically minded
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate with customers (internal and external)
  • Calm under pressure (high volume of financial transactions)
  • Ambitious and passion for personal development
