Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial reports, quarterly interim financial reports and annual financial statements
- Ensure financial reporting is in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards
- Responsible for consolidation of group financial statements
- Prepare/assist in preparation of budget
- Monitor income tax requirements and ensure tax estimates and tax computations are accurate and submitted on time
- Verify payments to ensure they are in compliance with group policies and procedures
- Liaise with authorities, external auditors, tax agents and bankers on relevant matters
- Degree in Accounting or professional qualification ACCA/CPA and a member os MIA
- Well versed in MFRSs
- Preferably 10 years of working experience in audit or relevant field
- Strong financial analysis, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independentlyand observe confidentiality
