Page Personnel are currently recruiting a contract position for a commercial analyst role based in Camberley within a small but growing business. The role has the genuine ability to provide financial insight to affect change within the business.

Client Details

My client is a growing business in the retail sector with a presence across the UK who are seeking a commercial analyst to help to continue to grow their multiple revenue streams.

Description

This role will involve a number of ad hoc reporting roles including:

• Daily Sales and KPI Reporting
• Detailed analysis by channel/product types
• Weekly Wage Reporting
• Weekly Variance Reporting
• Supporting area managers with sales and performance data
• Conducting Cost Centre reviews to ensure that costs are being managed within budget and that variances are being adequately explained

Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in partnering with sales, marketing or procurement teams in providing and reporting financial data outside the finance team.

Candidates will be expected to have advanced excel skills and experience in using reporting tools (Power BI is preferred).

Previous experience working within an FMCG or retail environment would be preferred but not required. Proven experience and the ability to work within a high pressured environment and working to tight deadlines will be expected.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary on either a fixed term contract or via a daily rate and the possibility of a permanent position at the end of the contract.
