• Responsible to provide risk management support in maintaining a healthy Corporate and Commercial Banking loan portfolio with low non-performing loans (NPL) and specific provisions (SP);
• To conduct independent site visit on Commercial Banking accounts on (a) random basis; (b) accounts predicted weak by the early warning system (EWAMs), and (c) accounts identified with adverse market news, and etc;
• To track and monitor delinquent accounts and accounts classified WAL and SPM to prevent them from deteriorating to NPL;
• To always keep abreast of adverse market and industry information to enable early action to be taken to prevent NPL and SP;
• To conduct Rapid Portfolio Reviews for Corporate and Commercial Banking segments in anticipation/occurrence of any event/s which may have adverse impact on the portfolio.
• Oversee the administration of the EWAMs and MYReach systems
• Ability to coach, guide and lead a team
Qualifications
• You should have at least 8 years of Corporate Commercial Banking credit experience.
• Good access to 'market intelligence' by way of strong network with Corporate or SME businesses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, reasoning and credit skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
