Job Description
  • Perform portfolio valuation/reconciliation and maintenance of funds
  • Perform cash flow management for FoFs, including monitoring of cash positions and calculation of capital call and distribution
  • Conduct fee calculations
  • Prepare FoF quarterly reports and other presentation materials
  • Coordinate with external fund administrators and custodians on fund operations issues
  • Assist in new fund establishment and fund portfolio transfers
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned


The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fund administration of private equity funds or fund of funds
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Finance/Accountancy/Statistics or a related discipline
  • CPA/ACCA student or CPA/ACCA qualified is preferred
  • Good concept of control issues relating to fund operational workflow
  • Experience in fund software (e.g. Investran, e-Front) would be an advantage
  • Good team player with strong sense of integrity and responsibility
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English
