JOB SUMMARY (major functions of position)
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements;
- Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning;
- Producing long-term business plans;
- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance;
- Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure;
- Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments;
- Managing budgets and forecast;
- Developing and managing financial systems/models.
- Candidate must possess at least Graduate Degree in Accounting and with professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW)
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in both commercial and audit background
- Strong accounting knowledge and well versed with FRS and taxation.
