With continued growth, we are now looking to recruit both a Senior Tax Consultant and Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Tax team in Adelaide.
Your new role: Starting as part of a refreshed team which is innovative, and leading edge, this role will see you -
- Provide tax advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio ranging from private business to multi-national corporate groups.
- Advise on cross-border transactions and business structuring, in particular, developing and implementing solutions to tax issues that arise from inbound and outbound businesses and HNWIs, property development and tax governance
- Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and asset divestment (including due diligence) and IPO structuring
- Assist with the delivery of tax compliance services to a range of clients
