With continued growth, we are now looking to recruit both a Senior Tax Consultant and Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Tax team in Adelaide.

Your new role: Starting as part of a refreshed team which is innovative, and leading edge, this role will see you -
  • Provide tax advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio ranging from private business to multi-national corporate groups.
  • Advise on cross-border transactions and business structuring, in particular, developing and implementing solutions to tax issues that arise from inbound and outbound businesses and HNWIs, property development and tax governance
  • Provide tax advice on asset acquisition and asset divestment (including due diligence) and IPO structuring
  • Assist with the delivery of tax compliance services to a range of clients
You bring to the role: As the successful candidate you will have experience in corporate or middle market tax in another professional services environment or law firm. Coupled with this you will also have tax technical capabilities, demonstrated willingness and ability to learn, have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to build enduring relationships. You will have initiative, drive and a passion for innovative solutions in a changing world of service delivery. Qualifications such as CA, CPA, CTA or Masters of Tax are preferred, we will also consider those part qualified.
