The Bonus & Commissions Analyst (Temporary - 12 months) role will support the Manager with day to day operations including collating and reviewing KPI's, SMART objectives and Sales Targets and calculating and communicating results.

Administration, reporting and analysis of bonus and commissions across the two businesses.

A global leader in their field, based in luxury offices in the Chertsey area with free parking provided and easy access via public transport.

This is a full time Temporary role for at least 12 months (with a a high chance of extension/permanent employment).

Description

The Bonus & Commissions Analyst (Temporary - 12 months) role involves;

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the core data collection process for all colleagues within the business, ensuring that all data is entered correctly in the workbooks - Salaries, Reporting Line, New Starter / Leavers etc
  • Review and analyse the quality of objectives being set. This will involve liaising with management across the business
  • Work to strict deadlines to ensure payments are submitted to payroll on time for processing
  • Assisting in the migration to new automated bonus and commission system
  • Manager and employee training on PBP Schemes
  • Communicate Targets and Comp Statements in a timely manner
  • Calculate Sales and Non Sales payments adhering to strict deadlines
  • Manage and respond to queries promptly and professionally

    The ideal candidate for the Bonus & Commissions Analyst (Temporary - 12 months) role will;

    • have strong Analytical, Reporting, and Administration skills
    • ideally have some sales commissions and/or bonus related experience.
    • have advanced Excel skills (v look ups and pivot tables experience required as a minimum. Any experience with Macros would be an advantage but not essential)
    • Modelling ability desirable but not essential - including handling large data sets, macros etc.
    • Experience of using various commission and bonus software, such as "Incentive Compensation Management" (ICM), is desirable but not essential

    • Prior experience of business modelling and/or data management.

    • Degree/professional qualifications or equivalent in a relevant field (not essential).

    • SQL experience (desirable, not essential)
    • will be available immediately / on short notice (can wait up to 1 months notice for the right candidate)

    Job Offer

    The Bonus & Commissions Analyst role offers an hourly rate equivalent of £30-37,000 per annum, + 10% bonus.

    This is a full time Temporary role for 12 months (with scope for extension/permanent employment).
