Management Accounting and Reporting Analyst/Senior Analyst

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Ensuring maintenance of master data related to controlling
  • Calculating non-Standard Accruals
  • Calculating and preparing managerial reports in pre-agreed format and ensuring data correctness and completeness
  • Performing the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process
  • Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with suppliers, employees, OpCos and other key stakeholders
  • Executing assigned process controls and proactively reporting any instances of non-compliance
  • Identifying issues and using the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue should arise
  • Responding to queries from OpCo via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes
  • Performing first numerical analysis and variance explanation
  • Performing simple changes on template of reporting (data modelling)
  • Ensuring control of Capex long list
  • Performing product costing calculation
  • Coordinating compliance of the process and proactively introducing best practices
  • Performing ad-hoc request as per requirements of OpCo Controllers
  • Providing audit support specific to managerial accounting/reporting
  • Acting as the escalation point for the most complex queries and the most sensitive stakeholders
  • Calculating KPI/PPI and analysing results
  • Suggesting and participating in advanced implementation of new reports (data modelling)
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of ICFR Controls
You are The Candidate if:
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in Finance (controlling/ managerial reporting)
  • You have Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • You have knowledge of financial accounting and relevant financial regulations
  • You have excellent Excel skills and good working knowledge of SAP
  • You have ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification (treated as an asset)
  • You are focused on results and details
  • You have excellent collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Your English is on a very good level
