Our client is a leading Professional Services business in Sydney CBD with a global reach and an impressive client base. Due to a maternity leave in the team, they require a Senior Accountant on a contract basis for up to 8 months.
The Role
Here is a role that will energise and reward you. You will be responsible for a diverse range of areas including providing management information and business insights to facilitate planning and decision making. You'll also be responsible for month end close and ensuring basic tax compliance is completed. Your impressive technical skills will come to the fore as you perform financial analysis on business performance and prepare for monthly business reviews, periodic forecasts and annual budgeting. You will also be tasked with presenting these number to management monthly and providing ad hoc reports for non-finance stakeholders when required.

Your Skills & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- CA or CPA qualification
- Big 4 or mid tiered Chartered background preferred
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting in a corporate setting
- Business partnering experience and strong communication skills
- Experience with large ERP systems
