Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Managing entities, updating budgets and reporting to a number of stakeholders
- The preparation of BAS, FBT and Payroll taxes
- Monthly Cashflow preparation
- Liaising with external accounting services to ensure statutory obligations are met
- General Ledger reconciliation
- Month end reporting including journal entries and accruals
- Review of the accounts payable and receivable function
- Other financial and administrative duties as employer sees fit
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified or Part qualified CA/CPA
- Greater than 4 years of experience preferably in the property development industry
- Experience with Xero and AM estate master preferred
- The ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin
