Senior Administrator - Trade Management & Treasury
Glasgow, £25,000 - £30,000
Fixed Term Contract until December 2022
If you are looking for a flexible full-time financial services job in the Glasgow area, this could be the ideal role for you. We're looking for an Senior Administrator - Trade Management & Treasury on behalf of our Glasgow client, who is offering a long term contract with a salary of up to £30k p/a.
The primary function of this role will be working with the Trade Management & Treasury team within Middle office to provide administration activities which support trade settlement in the market & accurate start of day positions for our clients. This support includes:
* Trade capture across Securities, FX and Money Market products
* Trade matching via electronic platform and manual confirmations
* Trade settlement
* Cash and Stock Reconciliation
* Client, Broker and Custodian Reporting
We are looking for candidates with experience of the trade lifecycle with particular focus on matching and settlement. Experience in Securities and FX/Money Market is preferable but those with experience on other products will be considered.
The successful candidate will not only have experience of processing but also of quality checking other team members work which forms a large part of this role. You will also have good communication skills, both written and verbal, are a key requirement due to the level of client communication involved in the role.
Along with a salary of between £25k to £30k p/a, there is also an excellent benefits package, including a holiday allowance of at least 34 days (including bank holidays), private healthcare and GP service, and several personal insurances such as income protection, life assurance and personal accident insurance.
