Your new role
As the Senior Finance Manager for infrastructure, you will take on responsibility for leading a small team as well as monitoring, controlling and understanding the project financials of the portfolio of capital works. You will closely monitor actual vs forecast, continuously keeping key stakeholders up to date and accountable for accurate figures, analysing reported results; making recommendations and providing strategic advice. This role will also be responsible for working with the portfolio team to lead and submit the forecasts and annual budget. Excellent communication is key in this role and Business partnering will be a key element and essential skill.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a CPA or CA qualified Accountant with a background in Capital expenditure projects from Property, Construction or Infrastructure industry backgrounds. The successful person will be ambitious, passionate, ready for a challenge, progressive and have excellent communication skills. Progression opportunities are available in time for the right person - an opportunity not to be missed.
