Role Title: Property Fund Accountant - 6 month contract || Salary: £45,000
Are you available to start a new role at short notice and looking for a role within Real Estate fund accounting? If so I'm recruiting for a 6 month contract at a very reputable global firm that could be of interest.
The right person for this role will be part way through their studies for an accounting qualification and already have gained some experience within the Property / Real Estate sector. Your experience can either be within fund accounting, client accounting or a similar accounting role.
In this role you will prepare NAV statements and investor reporting, assist with the preparation of annual stat accounts, cash and BS recs, manage drawdowns and monitor liquidity, produce property fund data and prepare VAT returns and service charges.
