Financial Director Role
Our client a leading organisation in the Tech Industry are currently seeking a Finance Director join their Dublin based operation. As a key member of the senior team, you will be responsible for the strategic financial direction of the organisation as well as the day to day financial operations of the business and its subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management of the Finance function.
• Full responsibility to ensure compliance with all statutory and fiscal regulations
• Drive business planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost benefit analysis
• Key analytical reviews in relation to acquisitions and access funding requirements
• Work with stakeholders throughout the business in relation to FP&A
• Prepare monthly management accounts, group consolidations and year-end financial statements
• Review all systems and internal controls
Experience:
• Qualified Accountant -ACA ACCA CIMA CPA.
• At least 6 years experience in a senior financial management position
• Experience in managing and developing teams
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Previous experience in the tech industry would be a distinct advantage
• Acquisitions/funding experience desirable.
