Responsibilities:

This is a unique opportunity to join a team as Finance & Reporting Specialist and to develop yourself in an international environment. You will assist the Finance Business Partner and Finance teams for the division in Europe. You will be also responsible for:

• Daily contact with Finance Business Partners responsible for the division in Europe,
• Cooperation with Finance teams and Senior Partners from across the business,
• Providing data interpretation and analysis of results
• Preparing reports, month end journals for Consultancy and license revenues and costs,
• Control of costs (e.g. timesheets, software fees, travel costs, ad hoc costs),
• Preparing month end variance analysis,
• Identifying potential process improvements
• Participation in interesting department projects

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in international SSC or BPO or IT company,
• Experience of Finance/Accountancy/Reporting field - minimum 3 years,
• Working knowledge of ERP accounting systems (e.g. SAP),
• Fluency in English (C1) - must have,
• Advanced knowledge of French (min.B2) - as a very big plus,
• Accounting skills to allow understand of basic journal types,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Ability to analyze large amount of data,
• Improvement and knowledge-sharing mindset.
