Your new role

As Credit Controller, you will be extremely switched on and have the ability to adapt to the constantly changing priorities within a fast-paced work environment.

On a day to day basis, your tasks will include:

• Maintaining debtor ledgers, reconciling accounts, monitoring payment allocations as well as meeting set targets to achieve the end goal of reducing debtor days.
• Periodic cash and account receivable age reporting.
• Providing exceptional stakeholder management skills, with prompt responses to all customers' inquiries and management of dispute resolution.
• Negotiating repayment plans.
• Maintaining customer credit files ensuring strict confidentiality of financial records.
• Providing recommendations to management on customer credit limits and terms.
• Financial analysis and risk assessment to approve opening of new accounts, Increase Credit Limits, etc.
• Confidence with Excel or large ERP Systems.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will thrive in a large corporate environment and exhibit at least 3 years experience in the tasks listed above.
