A new opportunity to join the organisation as a Digital Business Analyst to become an integral part of their growing team within the heart of Norwich on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Your new role
Your new role will see you take a leading position in supporting the delivery of multiple strategic transformation projects allowing you the freedom to recommend and advise on implementation activity and cost of future solutions. You will be required to meet key deliverables and obtain data and information about both systems and technology from a 3rd party venture.

As part of your role will utilise agile working to identify and compare best processes to support the projects team to manage outcomes and prioritise work. You will drive the analysis to create an in-depth recommendation for service improvements to enrich the services and processes for the user journey..

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have proven experience in digital business analysis and design including demonstrable use of business analysis skills and lean systems thinking.

You will have experience in managing multiple complex projects and a clear passion for user centred design practices for web, service and software development.

What you'll get in return
Depending on experience you will receive a competitive salary between £35,000 to £39,000 per annum as well as a healthy and generous pension contribution with the added benefit of flextime along with a great benefits package.
