This Manufacturing/Production company is long-established in Northern Ireland and employs 1800 over 3 sites. They have 2 opportunities for talented IT Business Analysts.
Your new role
As an IT Business Analyst, you will join a company that has recently overhauled it's entire IT infrastructure, and made huge investments in IT. You will join a strong Programme Delivery team and deliver a range of IT projects including ERP integration, CRM implementation and Application Development. The IT Business Analyst will engage stakeholders to gather high-level systems requirements and create functional specs, contributing to the design, development and delivery of systems to enable the business.
What you'll need to succeed
There are 2 IT Business Analyst positions available. Both roles will require significant Business Analysis experience for complex systems, ideally in a highly-regulated environment (manufacturing or pharmaceuticals). You will have the confidence and knowledge to challenge stakeholders. Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM applications is highly desirable to include Sage/Prism/Dynamics. You may have knowledge of 'digitising' paper-based processes.
