Accounting Advisor (Cost & Inventory Accounting)

We are a global, multi-billion-dollar corporation - and Accounting is vital to reflecting our staggering earnings, profits, cash balances and other financial results. To meet this challenge, we implement best practices, provide general financial support, resolve queries, prepare reports and provide statistics. We also design policies and procedures that adhere to audit standards and conform to FASB and SEC guidance, as well as compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley section 404.
Responsibilities:
• Timely and accurate closing of the books in line with set deadlines
• Leads Accounting Projects to improve processes within Accounting
• Prepares, analyzes and reviews aging of Inventory/Account Payables transactions
• Supports monthly Inventory/Account Payables accounts reconciliation process
• Provides support and expert guidance to business partners as required
• Bring new ideas for process improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting 
• Proficient in both written and spoken (English)
• Comprehensive Accounting experience (minimum 5 years and above)
• Preferably from Cost/ Inventory Accounting background in MNC
• Ability to setup or fully redesign a process
• Oracle accounting system experiences
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc)
Desirable Requirements
• ACCA/SYMA/CIMA certification in progress/completed is an advantage
