What would you do

As a Finance Director in our Digital business, you will build for growth; including defining long-term strategic financial goals, tracking and measuring performance against key metrics, and maintaining forecasting accuracy. As the digital space is a rapidly evolving, fast-paced business with Enterprise-wide Shadow P&L reporting and forecasting spanning for-sale products as well as research and development initiatives, you will have the opportunity to be engaged with cutting edge, advanced consumer electronics user experiences, as well as the application of fiduciary support to business decision-making and strategy. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the digital business.

How would you do

Work closely with key stakeholders aimed at creating financial reporting solutions around an evolving and growing business model. Responsible for the preparation of the Digital "shadow P&L" across the Enterprise with a view into the product and geographic margins and other key software metrics.

Serve as a strategic financial business partner, working with Digital business leaders on annual and monthly budget performance, financial analysis and valuation, support for new product development, long-term contracts, and other ad-hoc financial projects.

Collaborate closely with the finance partners in the Field Businesses. Collectively work to build the most efficient and effective process models and systematic solutions to generate reporting solutions to manage a rapidly evolving and growing business.

Independently lead and pursue opportunities to improve the revenue conversion, margin creation and other initiatives to drive the business forward.

Orchestrate, perform, and report rigorous detailed analysis on the financial and operating metrics of the business; distill complex datasets into strategic insights, hypotheses, and supported conclusions based on that analysis.

Drive an efficient, effective, and comprehensive long-term financial plans and analyses that link to strategic business objectives.

What we look for

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Ten (10) + years of experience in finance strategy and operations; with 2-5 years in the semiconductor, wireless, or consumer electronics industry.

Experience in software accounting and revenue recognition

Experience in creating, assessing, and synthesizing financial models.

Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Solution-focused with the ability to independently develop and design the path towards a specific end-goal; ability to lead a group toward the execution of the design.

Collaborative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

Preferred

CPA or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Track record of achievement, leadership, and career growth.

Experience in team building and development.

Passion for industry-changing technology.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
