Finance Business Partner

This is a newly created opportunity for a commercially minded individual to play a pivotal role in developing reporting and driving change within a business. Description

This role is ideal for somebody looking to incorporate day to day finance activity with commercially focused tasks. You will work closely with merchandising, sales, branch managers and marketing to ensure all are on track to obtaining overall profitability goals. You will be part of a small finance team, assisting the management accountant and financial accountant in their day to day roles and be willing to get involved in all tasks from transactional level up. You will have a great deal of exposure to senior stakeholders within the business which in turn will give you scope to influence and drive change.

Profile

Before applying for this role, please ensure you meet the criteria below:

• ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified or Qualified by experience
• Experience working within a commercial capacity
• Retail experience would be desirable
• Strong communication and excel skills
• Understanding of double entry bookeeping
