This is a position within our Business Insights and Analytics group where you will drive the BMS corporate decision making through the application of business insights and advanced analytics capabilities for risk monitoring functions such as Global Internal Audit(GIA) and Business Controls function (BCF) teams. This role will serve as an active partner with Audit, BCF stakeholders, and enterprise leaders to develop data driven insights focused on but not limited to Audit and BCF risk assessments, Enterprise Risk Assessment, Audit Schedule planning, Source to pay process, contract management, approval authority, days-on-hand inventory, technical accounting third-party risk management, etc. We're looking for someone who is passionate about the power of data and the opportunity to build and drive capabilities in a data-rich Fortune 200 company.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Executes the Analytics vision and strategy for the Audit and BCF team, in alignment with leadership priorities, business stakeholder requirements, and business unit requirements• Drives Analytics and Capabilities to answer key business questions by generating business insights, analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and providing actionable recommendations• Adopts new and innovative analytics offerings for untapped opportunities• Proactively manages planned and ad hoc analytics requests, ensuring consistent quality and timeliness in delivery to business• Supports the improvement, and development of self-service reporting tools/capabilities working in collaboration with IT teams• Work with Stakeholders (business and IT) to set up centralized capabilities that meets the needs of all stakeholders in a seamless, timely and accurate manner• Works with stakeholder teams to streamline reports and improve the quality of information provided to stakeholders• Leverages advanced analytical techniques to evolve the efficiency of risk analytics to balance the considerations of business environment and the priorities of risk management and deliver capabilities for the future• Evolve the culture and facilitate forums to ensure that audit and BCF functions strategically align their priorities to metrics and proactively use data for ongoing insights and deep dive analytics. Drive decision making, influence and be a trusted adviser• Collaborates with IT for data platforming, reporting, and tool development projects

Requirements
• BA/BS in a quantitative major or concentration (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics) required. MBA or Masters preferred• 5+ years of experience developing and using advanced analytics and reporting techniques, with focus on risk analytics• 10+ years minimum experience in designing/implementing analytical technology solutions • Experience in risk management and monitoring/auditing experience with a global or regional pharmaceutical company, accounting firm or healthcare consulting firm with emphasis on pharmaceutical is preferred• Experience with financial processes, datasets and financial risk analytics is big plus• Intellectual curiosity, creativity, strong attention to detail, execution skills and good communication skills are required• Experience and knowledge of data security and privacy issues for a global company• Experience in supporting new capability development, pilots, and integration• Ability to work in a fast paced global environment with multiple competing priorities while ensuring adherence to deadlines• Experience leading actionable insights initiatives leveraging with a variety of analytics techniques including machine learning, deep learning, NLP and data visualization tools (Tableau)• Experience with advanced analytical techniques to evolve the efficiency of analytics to deliver capabilities for the future using statistical/ analytical tools such as SAS, SPSS, Python, R, and SQL and various database technologiesBMSBI&A
