Director of Accounting/Controller Benefits and Compensation:

Director of Accounting/Controller Job Duties:
- Manage all accounting and finance functions
- Prepare financial statements and strategic financial analysis
- Ensure accounting compliance with GAAP
- Assess and make financial reporting process improvement recommendations
- Train, develop and mentor staff
- Other special projects, as assigned
Director of Accounting/Controller Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA a PLUS
- 7+ years of progressive professional accounting experience required
- Experience in small manufacturing industry required
- GAAP and financial knowledge required
- Strong supervisory and mentoring experience required
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Solid critical thinking and analysis and attention to detail
- Superb communications skills required
