- Provide advisory support to the front users of the Digital Platform (DiAS)
- Ensure proper training are given to the front users
- Attend to any existing issues & provide necessary solutions
- Support any UAT & quality assurance testing
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 2-4 years relevant working experience in Private Banks
- Strong working knowledge of Private Banking products & analytical skills
- Ability to handle stakeholders and business partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Ability to start work in short notice
