The Role Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and operationalisation of enhanced management tools: asset & liability pricing frameworks, trade off's and appropriate dashboards.
  • Support the review and implementation of the Global Booking Model Framework across all existing and new booking channels for Financial Markets, Retail & Treasury
  • Assist in the development of policy effectiveness reviews and support the roll out to the different booking channels.
  • Assist in the development of appropriate MI tools to strengthen visibility around the bank's asset & liability booking options and strategy
  • Drive engagement with business / segment / Countries / risk stakeholders to ensure alignment with the team's various optimisation initiatives.
  • Support requirements; presentations; committee updates (OBSC, GALCO, ALCO, etc), business analytics; reports, trend as required.

  • Other Treasury Teams (Capital, Liquidity, etc)
  • COO Teams / Business Teams (Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance, Lending, etc)
  • CFOs, Balance sheet Managers and Business Finance Teams in country
  • Risk Teams


Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5-8 years in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong academic record at bachelor or master degree level in business, economics, finance, financial engineering or related field from a well-recognized institution
  • Keen learner profile with an interest in the commercial banking or global market business
  • Proven strategic and analytical skills with a strong appetite for finding facts and offering solutions
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong cross-cultural awareness
  • Proven ability to interact with multiple functions / levels and to coordinate deliverables from various inputs under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm drive and ability to work in a very fast paced high performance team
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness to work with a range of people from diverse background and geographies
