Job Description:
Position Overview:
Compliance Auditor is responsible for conducting internal audits and preparing reports of findings
and recommendations as part of company' effective and comprehensive compliance program. The
Compliance Auditor will be responsible for auditing elements of company compliance program, including
the obligations and requirements of company under its Corporate Integrity Agreement with the Office of
Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and analyzing and communicating
regarding the findings of such audits.
Duties and responsibilities:
'• Support the Compliance Officer in developing, implementing and maintaining an effective and
comprehensive compliance program.
'• Perform compliance audits to ensure company's is meeting its obligations under its Corporate
Integrity Agreement with the Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services.
'• Determine auditing procedures to conduct effective and comprehensive compliance program audits.
'• Identify potential risks and opportunities for education and training as a result of the identification of such
risks.
'• Recommend changes to improve processes and strengthen compliance controls.
'• Maintain audit statistics and documentation for review and tracking purposes.
'• Prepare and present audit reports to the Compliance Officer and the Compliance and Quality Assurance
Committee and work with the Compliance Officer and senior management at company to develop
corrective action plans as needed.
'• Ensure remediation is conducted in responses to audit findings if inappropriate or improper activities are
identified, including any such practices that place patients at risk of harm.
'• Assist the Compliance Department with daily compliance program responsibilities.
'• Ensures writing assignments and audit reports meet standards of order, clarity, conciseness, style, and
terminology.

'• Demonstrated regulatory writing skills
'• Excellent organizational skills
'• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word effectively
